Duran's Cactus has been a West Little Rock institution long enough that the regulars think of it as their restaurant, which it essentially is. The Tex-Mex menu is exactly what it should be — cheese dip that people drive across the metro for, enchiladas with the right amount of sauce, fajitas that come out on a properly sizzling platter. The margaritas are strong and not overthought. The covered patio is one of the better places to spend a warm evening in the 72212 zip code. Lunch draws the office crowd; dinner draws families and couples who've been going there for years and see no reason to stop.
